Jeff W. Herman, CEO
As an entrepreneur Jeff W. Herman started his first business, FAFPhoto.com, in 2002 providing users with an online scrapbook similar to PhotoBucket.com. For the past year and a half Jeff has built Pinnacle Innovations with Steven Kenyon from the ground up. In October of 2006 Jeff Incorporated Pinnacle Innovations in the state of Delaware, thus securing contracts with the San Dieguito Union High School District. He has since closed contracts with over 30 different clients ranging from individuals to Multi-Million dollar Corporations. In addition Jeff was Editor-In-Chief of the nationally ranked La Costa Canyon Yearbook (2006-2007), Student Technology Liaison to the San Dieguito Union High School District (2006-2007), President of the La Costa Canyon Business Club (2005-2007), Treasurer of the La Costa Canyon Engineering Club (2004-2007), and Technology Advisor to the La Costa Canyon Tutoring Center (2005-2007).

Steve M. Kenyon, COO
Steven Kenyon moved to Encinitas from Vancouver, Canada in 2001. A year and a half ago, he was offered the job of redesigning Sega-16.com. Two weeks later, Sega-16 had a sleek new functional design, This would be the catalyst that lead Steven Kenyon to co-found Pinnacle Innovations with Jeff Herman. Today, Steven is the head programmer and COO of Pinnacle Innovations. He developed the High School selection system using primarily PHP and MySQL databases for the San Dieguito Union High School District, which all 9th through 11th graders must use to select the school which they wish to attend. He is also Vice President of the La Costa Canyon Business Club, Secretary of the La Costa Canyon Engineering Club and Student Technology Liaison to the San Dieguito Union High School District.

Tyler Rohleder, Creative Director
Tyler Rohleder was born and raised in San Diego California. Last year he graduated from the Art Institute of California–San Diego with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising. In San Diego Tyler worked at Castle Advertising as an intern. Since his graduation he has worked with such companies as AAON, GMX Resources, Jane Phillips Medical Center and Facebook. His passion truly revolves around the arts.

David Pain, Project Manager
Since joining and becoming the president of the La Costa Canyon Engineering club, David pain has proven his skills in project management, leading his team to a second place ranking in the Southwestern United States. As a web design professional, David has spent time as an intern for Pinnacle Innovations as well as a Technology Liaison to the San Dieguito Union High School District, in charge of maintaining and updating the La Costa Canyon High School website.
